Maturity Assessment

Real Maturity means to know when you can afford to be immature.

More importantly, we need to understand where we are in our journey and where we want to go, so that we can be confident to do the right things.

At Krueger & Partner we can assess how mature your strategy is and we look of course at generic information to create benchmarks, but we also spot anomalies and irregularities that will enable us to draw conclusions and to come up with ideas for improvement.

Albeit based on standardised templates, this engagement is highly custom-made and therefore pricing is very difficult.

For an initial assessment we recommend to invest about 2 man weeks of your and about 4 weeks of our time. That should get us 50% there, or at least provide us with an in-depth understanding of what needs to happen next.
