Within a few days after starting this exercise you will receive a detailed understanding on where you are today with your sales organisation. We will look at all components of a Sales and Marketing 2.0 framework and will tell you not only whether you cover them, but also how well you cover them and where that leaves you within your industry. In which areas of your sales and marketing organisation are you an innovator, an early adopter, a follower or a laggard? We will find that out for you and certify you accordingly.
